Q. How do I look after my product?

A. We recommend you follow manufacturers care instructions to get the best out of your purchases.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Due to the nature of the products, as well as health, hygiene and safety issues, we are unable to accept returns.

All products are checked for quality purposes

Q. What happens if my item is damaged in transit?

A. Any item damaged in transit, we will happily replace. Simply return the product in its current condition and packaging and we will replace your order at no extra cost.

Q. Do you give refunds?

A. Refunds will only be given if a product is found faulty and cannot be replaced.

However, we will do our best to replace your purchase with the identical product or one of similar style, but may be a different brand. Any extra costs will be covered by Adult Joys and not the customer.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation fee. We apologise for this fee, but some products may have to be specially ordered when you place your order.

Q. What happens if an item is out of stock?

A. Whilst we endeavour to have all our listed products available, we reserve the right to substitute any items as necessary. Product colours may vary from pictures shown on website, however product itself will be of the same style and nature. If a product cannot be supplied to you due to product no longer being available, or lengthy delivery times we will replace that product with one of a similar kind. We will do our best to get in contact with you if this situation arises.

We will do our best to get you the item you are looking for, if not a better one.

Q. What type of payment do you accept?

A. For Web Orders: PayPal, Credit Card Through PayPal, Direct Deposit, Money Order and Cheques payable to Adult Joys

Q. Do you accept PayPal?

A. Yes we do

Q. Who do I make cheques or Money Orders out to?

A. Adult Joys

(Orders will be processed once payment has been cleared)

Q. Can you send my delivery to a PO Box?

A. Yes we can.

Q. What if I’m not home for the delivery?

A. There will be a card in your letterbox advising you to collect the item from the Post Office

Q. How long will it take to pack and ship my order?

A. Please allow 7-21 days for delivery of your purchase. However, we will endeavour to have your order to you as quickly as possible.

Q. How will it be sent?

A. Items are sent Express Post through Australia Post, which are trackable.

Q. How much is postage & handling?

A. All parcels within Australia are posted at a flat charge rate of $12 via Express Post, which is trackable, unless order is bulky and/or heavy, in which case, the amount will be calculated and you will be notified before shipping.

Q. Will anyone know where the package came from?

A. The return address will be the only indicator as to where it has come from. There will be no reference as to the contents. It will arrive in a Yellow Express Post Envelope Pack.

A. Yes we do, with a smaller selection of the products available.

Q. Do you sell batteries?

A. Yes, look under the Extras/Specials tab

Q. What is your privacy policy?

A. Your privacy, security and discretion are absolutely our number one priority and consideration at all times. We will never, under any circumstances release your personal details, ordering information or any other collected data to any third party without your permission

A. Yes
